Open Positions: 1st Shift: (7:00am-3:00pm) What’s In It For You: Benefits including Medical/Dental/Vision plus many more Competitive Pay Generous Paid Time Off 11 Paid Holidays 401K with Company Match Tuition Reimbursement Employee Discount Programs Bonus and Merit opportunities What Will You Get To Do: Operate precision slide/multi-slide or four-slide presses safely and consistently, including starting, stopping, feeding material, and monitoring production Assist with performing tooling changes, material changes, adjustments, and machine setups Recognize defects such as incorrect bends, dimensional variation, burrs, cracks, scratches, deformation, or other nonconforming conditions Monitor the cycle performance, scrap, production quantities, downtime, and quality throughout the run What Will You Bring: Previous press operator experience Mechanical Aptitude Ability to print and read blueprints Previous experience using using calipers, micrometers, gauges, comparators, and other inspection equipment to verify parts meet specifications Basic reading, writing, computer and math skills Ability to speak, read, write, and understand basic English Ability to efficiently work in a high fast paced environment Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. while standing for long periods of time #J-18808-Ljbffr
