Job Description
Title: Speech-Language Pathologist - Speech-Language Pathology

Schedule: Days (0800-1430)

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 32

Requirements:
- Current unencumbered state Speech-Language Pathology license required.
- Certificate of Clinical Compliance from the American Speech/Language and Hearing Association, or active participant in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) required.
- Healthcare Provider BLS required.
- Must be able to travel to multiple points of care.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide safe and effective speech-language pathology and dysphagia services.
- Implement appropriate evaluation, treatment, and education designed to meet the identified communication and swallowing needs of patients.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, families/caregivers, and team members.
- Promote teamwork among rehabilitation team members.
