Responsibilities We are looking for a purpose-driven Shift Manager to become an ultimate ambassador of our brand. As a Shift Manager you will help Guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them in selecting smoothies and retail products that inspire them to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle and help Team Members optimize their work. The successful applicant will be passionate about the brand and demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges. Qualifications Experience in leadership, preferably in a quick service restaurant environment Blends delicious tasting smoothies. Lead the shift – manage the Team Members on shift with you. Oversee the cash drawer. Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered. Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience. Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids. Performs opening and/or closing duties. Performs store checklist tasks. Shows up on time and ready to work. Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King. Education and Experience Requirements At least 1 year experience in the food industry Ability to connect and communicate with guests, team members, with a “guest comes first” attitude. At least eighteen (18) years of age or older. Have open availability.
