I'm looking for a Customer Service Associate to join a client-focused Atlanta-based, UHNW Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firm that prides itself on high-touch service and long-term client relationships. Perfect for someone: *who enjoys helping people *stays calm under pressure *detail-oriented, professional environment *go-to person for client inquiries *will play a key part in delivering service that sets this firm apart.
Requirements To succeed in this role, you should bring: Excellent communication and people skills Strong attention to detail and follow-through A background in client servicefinancial services experience is a plus Comfort with CRM tools, scheduling systems, and common office software A calm, professional demeanor and a natural problem-solver mindset
