Talent Acquisition Consultant

Are you an experienced recruiter with a background in insurance, employee benefits, or professional services? We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for specialized sales and consulting talent within a growing health and benefits practice.

What You'll Do

• Manage 25-35 open requisitions concurrently
• Recruit sales and consulting professionals within the health & benefits industry
• Develop sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-fill positions
• Partner closely with senior business leaders and HR stakeholders
• Conduct talent mapping and market research initiatives
• Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean searches
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates throughout the hiring process
• Influence hiring decisions and guide stakeholder expectations
• Drive candidate engagement, offer acceptance, and successful hiring outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Recruiting experience within Insurance, Employee Benefits, Health & Benefits Consulting, Professional Services, Brokerage, Agency, or Carrier environments
• Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills
• Proven success sourcing and closing passive candidates for niche roles
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
