Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative at PostalAnnex+ in Hood River, OR!

We're a one-stop business service center dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences, and were excited to welcome a friendly, customer-focused individual to our team.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative at PostalAnnex+, you'll be the face of our business, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Assisting customers with shipping, packaging, and mailing needs. - Providing knowledgeable recommendations on our products and services. - Handling transactions efficiently and accurately. - Maintaining a clean and organized workspace. - Supporting customers with printing, copying, and other business services. - Creating a welcoming environment for all customers, including those who speak Spanish (a major plus!).

What We're Looking For

Were seeking someone who is enthusiastic, approachable, and ready to jump in. Heres what will make you a great fit: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - A positive attitude and a willingness to learn. - Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment. - Spanish-speaking skills are a major plus but not required. - No prior experience is necessaryjust bring your enthusiasm and customer-first mindset!
