Casselman Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Meyersdale, PA. The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to our residents in a skilled nursing setting.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team committed to helping residents regain strength, mobility, and independence.
ResponsibilitiesProvide physical therapy treatments as directed by the Physical Therapist
Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional abilities
Monitor and document resident progress accurately and timely
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current Pennsylvania PTA license (or eligible for licensure)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
