Job Description
The Inventory Specialist responsibilities include, but not limited to, daily counting and restocking of hospital supplies to our Nursing Units.
Requirements
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalency
- Basic computer knowledge
- Must be able to work independently
- Must possess organizational skills
- Must be able to lift heavy objects
- Previous warehouse/storeroom experience required, hospital warehouse experience preferred
- Valid and clean NYS driver's license
- Capable and willing to drive 18' supply transport truck to and from West Islip and Deer Park on a daily basis
- Capable and willing to drive (as needed) 18' supply transport truck to and from Deer Park and other Catholic Health facilities
- Must have weekends and holiday availability
Posted Salary Range
USD $24.00 - USD $26.00 /Hr.
This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
