Maintenance TechnicianAdditional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, KMD Hospitality Management. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel's employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.Duties:Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: inspecting equipment, troubleshooting issues, and repairing or replacing defective partsRespond to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgencyUtilize computerized maintenance management systems to track work orders and document completed tasksCollaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure efficient operationsProvide excellent customer service.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentProven experience in maintenance or related fieldStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with electrical systemsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written in EnglishAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environmentBenefit: PTO, Health InsuranceThis company is an equal opportunity employer.
