Position Highlights Schedule: Monday Friday: 7:30 a.m. 8:00 p.m. Saturday: 8:00 a.m. 2:00 p.m. Flexible scheduling options available Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive dental care to a diverse patient population Perform a full range of procedures including restorative, root canals, and surgical extractions Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to dental hygienists and support staff Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team focused on integrated, patient-centered care Serve as faculty for the AEGD (Advanced Education in General Dentistry) residency program Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited institution Active Louisiana dental license and DEA registration Minimum 2 3 years of clinical experience in general dentistry Strong commitment to community health and serving vulnerable populations Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience: $150,000 $175,000 starting base , with potential quarterly bonuses up to $15,000 Full comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, paid time off, and retirement options Why Join Us?
