The Role's Purpose As a Sales Associate, you will welcome visitors to our space on Abbot Kinney Blvd, introduce them to Merz b. Schwanen's heritage, values, and products, and build deep, lasting relationships with our customers—contributing to the commercial success of the business. This role is full-time (40 hours per week) and will be based in our Abbot Kinney store in Venice, Los Angeles. Your Responsibilities Providing exceptional, memorable experiences to all visitors of our store Utilizing your product knowledge to guide customers and assist them in choosing the products that are right for them Contributing to the achievement of the store's key performance indicators Ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for customers and colleagues Maintaining the visual merchandising standards of the store at all times Accurately performing store procedures such as stock counts, opening and closing, and cashing up The Qualities You Embody Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in premium clothing retail Ability to work effectively in and contribute to the success of a team Curiosity to understand people and their needs without assumptions or judgment.
