Dealer Training and Renewal Performance Lead (w/m/d)

Ihre Aufgaben Durchführung praxisorientierter Trainings, Workshops und On-the-Job-Coachings für Verkaufsmitarbeiter und Führungskräfte im Händlernetz. Unterstützung von Motorradhändlern bei der professionellen Kundenberatung und dem erfolgreichen Verkauf von Motorrädern sowie ergänzenden Dienstleistungen. Identifikation von Entwicklungs- und Leistungspotenzialen sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung geeigneter Maßnahmen. Analyse von Vertriebskennzahlen und Geschäftsergebnissen sowie Entwicklung von Aktionsplänen zur Performance-Steigerung. Aufbau und Pflege vertrauensvoller Beziehungen zu Händlergeschäftsführern und Verkaufsleitern als strategischer Ansprechpartner. Begleitung von Produkteinführungen, Vertriebsaktionen und kommerziellen Initiativen im Händlernetzwerk. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Vertriebsprozessen, Kundenzufriedenheit und Verkaufsleistung. Förderung und Weiterentwicklung der Vertriebskompetenzen im Händlernetzwerk durch nachhaltige Trainings- und Entwicklungsprogramme. Ihr Profil Mehrjährige Verkaufserfahrung in einem Autohaus oder einer vergleichbaren automobilen Handelsorganisation. Erfahrung im Bereich Training, Coaching, Personalentwicklung, Vertrieb oder Händlerentwicklung ist von Vorteil. Eine bereits vorhandene Seniorität in der Trainings- oder Beratungsfunktion ist nicht erforderlich. Die fachliche und methodische Weiterentwicklung in die Rolle wird durch ein strukturiertes Onboarding und entsprechende Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen unterstützt. Ausgeprägte Präsentations-, Kommunikations- und Coachingfähigkeiten. Selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen innerhalb Deutschlands. Begeisterung für Motorräder und Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse von Motorradkunden und -händlern. Erfahrung in der Motorradbranche ist von Vorteil, jedoch keine Voraussetzung. Motorradführerschein Klasse A ist wünschenswert. Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie fließende Spanischkenntnisse sind erforderlich.
