Refugee Housing Case Manager

CP Unlimited Inc. is seeking a Case Manager to provide housing and social services to refugee and immigrant families residing in New York City shelters. The role includes completing culturally sensitive assessments to identify strengths, barriers, and service needs, and locating housing resources in the community.
