Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney

Based in Harrisburg, PA, we are a multidisciplinary law firm known for our client-focused approach, collaborative culture and commitment to delivering practical results. The Lemoyne office is expanding and seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney to join a growing team handling sophisticated workers' compensation matters. This role is ideal for a seasoned attorney who values courtroom exposure, client relationships and long-term professional stability within a supportive firm environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and analysis on a range of issues while drafting pleadings, motions, briefs and agreements with precision and efficiency
Appear at hearings and support motion practice, conferences and trial work alongside senior attorneys
Partner with senior attorneys on complex matters while managing client relationships and a supervised caseload
Track billable hours consistently while meeting deadlines in a high-volume environment

Qualifications

Juris Doctor from an ABA-approved law school with an active Pennsylvania license in good standing required
Pennsylvania workers' compensation experience preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel and e-document management software preferred
Strong organizational communication and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment while working as a self-motivated independent thinker and team member
