Job Description: Join our team as a Laboratory Technologist (MLT or MT) in a rewarding contract role where you’ll play a critical part in patient diagnosis by performing a variety of lab tests across hematology, immunology, bacteriology, and chemistry. You’ll work primarily during the day shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a rotational weekend schedule that keeps the workweek engaging. This position offers the chance to apply your technical expertise in a smaller hospital setting, where your independent judgment and certification hold significant value. Expect to calibrate instruments, prepare specimens, and ensure quality control, all while contributing to a supportive team dedicated to accurate and timely results.
