Patient Services Representative

The Patient Services Representative provides essential front-office support in areas such as patient check-in, phone communication, scheduling, and medical records. Individuals in this role may be assigned to one or more of these functions based on office needs. They help maintain accurate patient information and ensure a professional, efficient experience for all patients.

Qualifications:

  • Professional graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant Program and/or previous comparable work experience.
  • Two years previous work experience is desirable.
  • Some knowledge of third-party billing.
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Ability to maintain confidential medical information.
