As our Service Supervisor , you will successfully drive the service business operations for your territory while working in collaboration with your customer and peers. Your mission is to promote a positive culture centered on safety and quality goals to achieve customer satisfaction and profitable business results. You will bring 2+ years of relevant maintenance expertise, supervisory experience (ideally leading a union represented workforce), and an associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Annual Base Pay Range $105,100 – $137,970, depending on qualifications, experience, certifications, and location. Variable Compensation KONE Annual Bonus plan at 15% target incentive based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
