Private Duty Pediatric Nurse - Middle River, MD

Our nursing supervisors are eagerly awaiting to teach nurses. This position is for a private duty nurse (RN or LPN) caring for a 1‑year‑old with a g‑tube in Middle River, MD. The available shift(s) for this potential case are Monday through Friday 7 a.m.–3 p.m. Job Responsibilities Work one‑on‑one in the client’s home. Complete nursing assessment. Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by the patient’s plan of care. Document nursing notes in a clear and concise manner. Job Requirements Active/unrestricted nursing license in the State of Maryland or a multistate compact license (Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse). Valid CPR/BLS certification. Confidence to work independently. Basic knowledge of G‑tube/Trach care is preferred; however, training will be provided for qualified and interested candidates. Ventilator experience preferred; training will be provided for qualified candidates. Pediatric experience is a plus. Benefits/Salary Information Pay range: $26–42 per hour, determined by licensure, skills, experience and varies per case. Employees receive time and a half pay for working beyond 40 hours in a week.
