Position: Business Banking Officer, VP, Salary: Dependent on experience, Location: Oakes, ND Key Responsibilities Develop, manage, and expand a portfolio of business clients, including small- to mid-size companies across diverse industries. Foster and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored banking solutions. Act as the primary point of contact for business customers, proactively addressing inquiries, concerns, and opportunities for growth. Monitor and manage risk by ensuring compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Collaborate with internal partners - such as credit, cash management and operations - to deliver seamless service and comprehensive solutions. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in business banking, commercial lending, credit analysis or a related financial services role. Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with business clients across diverse industries including proactively managing and growing a portfolio of commercial loans and deposits. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
