Architect - Mid Level

Responsibilities Manage communication between the project team, client, vendors, contractors, and consultants. Resolve complex technical and design issues to produce innovative and constructible solutions. Direct production of drawings, specifications, and construction administration tasks. Oversee and deliver documents with design intent and top‑notch technical quality. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on detailed design and technical matters. Maintain and oversee the project manual and specifications. Conduct on‑site observations and document site reviews. Interface with building and permitting officials during permitting and construction phases. Contribute to the financial performance of projects, including proposals and contracts. Ensure projects conform to contractual obligations. Lead teams for successful project delivery. Manage client expectations, team communication, and consultant coordination. Participate in office activities, initiatives, and learning programs. Establish and maintain productive client relationships. Qualifications Registered Architect required. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited school. Five or more years of related experience, including success as a project architect on a range of project types. Revit experience required. Full knowledge of architectural principles and practices. Working knowledge of building codes, standards, and building structures. Experience with the entire project lifecycle through post‑occupancy. Ability to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development. Quick learner who thrives in a fast‑paced work environment. Excellent written and verbal communication and management skills, including leadership, organization, and client relationship management. Well‑rounded, strategic thinker with an integrated approach to design, management, and technical project resolution.
