What you'll do: You’ll develop and retain a high-performing team of employees who receive, process, fulfill, and deliver high-quality plants and flowers. Supervise the execution of Receiving, Processing, Order Filling, and Delivery tasks Support receiving, processing, order fulfillment, routing, and delivery execution Calculates and aligns staffing and schedule with demand resulting in accurate, high quality, and on-time completion Coaches and audits employees on processes Execution of Leadership & Management Activities Responsible for interviewing and hiring right‑fit candidates Responsible for providing timely informal and formal feedback Create a culture of operational excellence, where employees feel valued and heard, and know how they support the LBR passion Scheduling and Planning Ensures all essential supplies and tools are stocked and maintained Staff schedules are timely, well‑defined and well communicated Manages and tracks DOT compliance for all drivers.
