Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a Long Term Care/SNF setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with geriatric patients and possess strong clinical skills to provide quality care.

Job Details

• Unit Type: Long Term Care/SNF
• Shift: 12-hour nights; every other weekend and holiday required
• Shift Length: 12 hours
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years
• Common Diagnoses: Long-term care for geriatric patients

Qualifications

• Current BLS Certification
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Additional Information

• Patient Ratios: 1 nurse to 15 patients
• Electronic Medical Record: Point Click Care
• Weekend Requirement: Every other or every third weekend
• Holiday Requirement: As needed
• Orientation: Attend 1 hour before shift for building orientation; shadow another staff member if possible
