Job Description As an Applebee’s Bartender, you will mix outstanding alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to deliver the best drink possible. You will work with staff and customers to create a great bar experience. Responsibilities Mix and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to established standards. Maintain bar cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards. Provide friendly and attentive service to customers and coworkers. Qualifications At least 21 years old (per state law). Effective communication skills. Commitment to making a positive impact on the team and customers. Physical Standards Remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for up to four (4) hours in length. Safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen about 30 times per shift. Speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff. Wear protective hand coverings, face coverings, and masks throughout the shift. Work with disinfectant cleaning supplies and frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout the shift.
