Job Description

Patient Care Coordinator

* EPIC IS REQUIRED

* Prefer one year experience in healthcare in a medical setting (not dental/naturopath, etc.)

The PCC would work at the front desk , checking in 200-250 patients , Verifying insurance, patient demographics and scheduling future appointments.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1 year of experience in medical/healthcare setting or 2 years in a customer service role
Prior experience providing a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment, including handling confidential data with discretion. Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience, specifically EPIC

Understanding of CPT and ICD10 coding

Act as liaison between the patient and the various clinic areas and ancillary services
