The primary function of the Receiving Associate is to receive in deliveries of product and assist in maintaining inventory.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Unload vendor deliveries
• Moves product to assigned locations
• Accurately maintain various forms and logs, analyzes data via computer or handheld device and written reports
• Operate Company warehouse management system software and RF scanners
• Operate powered equipment such as forklifts or reach lifts and pallet jack to move pallets of merchandise
• Match merchandise to purchase orders
• Sign for shipments received
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Forklift experience is required 1 year
• 1 yr previous experience in a warehouse setting
• Previous Experience with RF scanner
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload
• Must have strong mental math skills
• Must work well with others
• Must be able to maintain safety procedures at all time

This position works in a warehouse setting.

Job frequently requires standing, handling objects with hands, standing, walking, reaching, talking, hearing, and lifting over 50 lbs. Stooping, bending, twisting, and reaching may be required in completion of job duties. Perform in Warehouse environments.
