Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Client Experience Specialist on behalf of our client, a growing financial services organization in Guilford, CT. This position plays a critical role in delivering white-glove service and support to clients while ensuring a seamless experience across all customer touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional white-glove customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner
• Respond to client inquiries and concerns with a sense of urgency and professionalism
• Coordinate and route communications to the appropriate team members
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
• Assist with appointment scheduling, follow-up communications, and administrative support tasks
• Support day-to-day office operations and ensure a positive client experience
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, client support, administrative support, or a related role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Professional, polished demeanor with a customer-first mindset
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service

Preferred Experience

• Experience within financial services, banking, wealth management, insurance, or another professional services environment
• Experience supporting clients in a high-touch, service-focused role
• Experience working with confidential information and sensitive client data

Additional Information

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Occasional evening and weekend availability may be required
• 100% onsite position
