Critical Care Float Pool - Travel Registered Nurse - $2030 per week.

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 22 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience.
• Travel experience is preferred.
• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details: References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. Required Skills/Experience: - Teaching hospital experience is required. - Must have IV start and telemetry skills, plus ventilator management experience. Required Credentials: - Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program. Special Requests: - All contracts must extend through January 2, 2027. - You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. - Parking options include a WMC permit for $224.80/month or $748.58 per 100 days; a WB annual permit for $196.20/year, paid upfront, with shuttle service; and a CXS annual permit for $393.96/year, paid upfront. Unit Details: - Adult patient population. - Patients include kidney, liver, lung, and heart transplant recipients. Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend. Floating Requirements: - Nurses will float to a variety of ICUs based on staffing and patient acuity, including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICUs, Medical ICUs (MICU x2), Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, and SICU/MICU/NCCU. - Nurses are required to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity. - The nurse may float throughout the Ohio State system if there is no need in Critical Care. 14 days maximum time off. Start assignment restriction: 7 days 1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years 1 Manager reference required from within the last 2 years Proof of identification required Certifications:
