Your Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient evaluations, ordering necessary diagnostic tests and creating tailored care strategies
• Diagnose and treat both acute and chronic health issues in collaboration with physicians or autonomously (as credentialed)
• Educate patients and their families on preventative measures, wellness, and disease management
• Prescribe medications and treatments within the scope of your practice
• Engage in follow-up care and chronic condition management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive and holistic care
• Meticulously document patient interactions within electronic medical records (EMR)

Essential Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Certification Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license valid in the state of Arizona
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or an equivalent specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or the ability to obtain them within 90 days)
