Distributor Services Manager

Develop, manage and support assigned distributor partners at every stage of the purchasing/ ordering process to achieve department sales targets. Secure, develop, and grow selected international distributors to achieve sales targets and ensure strategic growth plans are implemented. Work cross functional with distributor teams and HQ teams to drive effective operational processes needed to support business unit. Identify market trends, data, opportunities, and threats and share with management and cross-functional teams. Responsible for the overall outcome of the distributor services process with our distribution partners. Duties and responsibilities Proactively contacts and engages with distributors regarding all phases of the order process, including logistics. Support marketing programs to promote the brand and assist distributors with achieving sales targets. Works cross-functionally with operations to ensure orders are picked up in a timely manner and finance team with accounts payable collections. Manages and shares with leadership product related issues, returns and replacements as needed. Assists the VP of International Expansion with on-boarding new distributors. Follows operational processes and protocols including regulatory compliance and internal company procedures. Maintains monthly distributor sales-in/sales-out reporting and scorecard tracking. Participates and attends meetings and events as required. Provides management with sales projection and ad-hoc data needs Manages the monthly Distributor Order Form by working with Supply Chain on updates to all SKUs Takes the lead on project management of annual promotional programs International Expansion Support Assist the VP of International Expansion with the implementation of new international distributor partners. Assist in maintaining the International Expansion Tracker, ensuring prospective distributor opportunities, onboarding milestones, action items, and project timelines are accurate and up to date. Coordinate new distributor account setup by partnering with cross-functional teams to complete all operational, commercial, regulatory, and system requirements prior to launch. Manage the processing and fulfillment of sample orders for prospective distributors, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and a seamless evaluation process. Prepare and maintain distributor onboarding documentation, implementation checklists, and scorecards, providing regular progress updates to leadership. Support international expansion initiatives by coordinating internal activities, monitoring project milestones, and ensuring timely execution of assigned deliverables. Other Responsibilities Participates in international trade shows, meetings and events as directed by management. Dedication to the company quality system and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business and/or a related field. 5+ years of demonstrated success in managing international sales channels. Minimum 1 year of managing direct report(s) preferred Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. Must be detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SAP Positive attitude, honesty, and a team player mentality. Maintain a sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure. Working conditions Corporate office setting — Professional, business‑casual environment located at the Lantana, FL headquarters. Standard office hours — Monday through Friday, typically 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with occasional flexibility based on business needs. In‑person collaboration — Frequent interaction with cross‑functional teams, leadership, and onsite departments. Technology workstation — Assigned desk, computer, phone, and access to internal systems and communication platforms. Physical requirements Sedentary Work — This role primarily involves sedentary work, including extended periods of sitting, typing, and computer use. Visual & Auditory Requirements — Must be able to read screens, participate in video calls, and engage in digital communication effectively. Light Office Tasks — Occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs may be required for handling office equipment or materials.
