Job Title: Sales Media Clerk

Reports to: Senior Vice President, Head of Sales

Department: Sales

Classification: Non-Exempt

General Summary

Responsible for registering contracts into the system, as well as receiving and routing matters related to the Sales Department to support its effective operation.

Essential Responsibilities, Duties, and Tasks

The primary duty of the person holding this position is to perform the following tasks in accordance with Company policies, guidelines, and procedures:

• Process contract entries for Wapa and Wapa América, including regular and special programming, infomercials, and other items in the system.
• Assist sales representatives by reviewing discrepancies, rates, cancellations, and related matters.
• Follow up on all pending contract-related matters.
• Provide support to the department as needed.
• Perform any other duties and/or responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.

• Bachelor’s degree in Office Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least one (1) year of experience in related functions.
• Strong keyboarding skills (data entry).
• Knowledge of WideOrbit system is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Excellent spelling and writing skills in both Spanish and English.
