What you'll do

As an Assistant Manager, you'll:

Lead by example: Model exceptional customer service, teamwork, and professionalism.

Run smooth shifts: Oversee daily operations, ensuring food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are met.

Coach and develop team members: Provide training, guidance, and support to help your team succeed.

Drive results: Collaborate with the General Manager to meet business goals and maintain operational excellence.

What we expect from you

What we're looking for:

Education: High school diploma or GED.

Experience: At least 1 year in a restaurant, retail, or customer service role (6+ months of supervisory experience preferred).

Leadership skills: Ability to multitask, motivate your team, and resolve customer concerns with professionalism.

Physical stamina: Be prepared for a fast-paced environment, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Flexibility: Availability to work various shifts, including weekends, and reliable transportation to travel to different locations as needed.

Certification: Willingness to complete ServSafe certification during training.
