Clinical Nurse Coordinator - Emergency Department-Evening

Hourly Pay Range $43.69 - $67.72 per hour, based on experience and expertise. Position Clinical Coordinator – Emergency Department – Evening Location: Swedish Hospital Full Time: 36 hours per week Hours: Evening shift (3pm-3:30am) with rotating weekends What you will need: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL required. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree preferred. BLS/CPR certification required. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an appropriate clinical setting required; Prior management experience preferred. What you will do: Positively contribute to safety outcomes and promote high quality patient experience. Manage day-to-day clinical operations and unit workflow/throughput. Assume direct patient care if necessary. Be accountable for care outcomes for patients in specific clinical care area(s). Guide and direct a team of caregivers in providing high quality, individualized care to patients and families, while preparing them for discharge. Guide staff development by teaching, mentoring, and counseling new and experienced staff for both clinical and customer loyalty skills. Takes lead on clinical performance management.
