These responsibilities involve performing and documenting comprehensive assessments in accordance with the RN's scope of practice. The initial admission assessment is verified if obtained by other members of the healthcare team. A problem list is developed by prioritizing patient needs based on input from the inter-professional team. Designing actions and interventions relevant to the patient's culture and age is required.
