Remote Insurance Producer (1099 Independent Contractor – Commission Only)

Brightway Insurance is hiring for an Insurance Producer (1099 Commission Only). As an Insurance Producer, you’ll focus on developing client relationships within your community and offering Personal Lines and Commercial insurance. Our streamlined operations allow you to maximize your sales efforts without being weighed down by administrative tasks.

What You'll Do

• Generate new business across a variety of insurance lines, including homeowners, auto, and commercial insurance.
• Use a consultative sales approach to identify client needs and recommend customized insurance solutions.
• Manage the complete sales process, including prospecting, follow-up, quoting, presenting proposals, closing sales, and onboarding new clients.
• Meet and exceed production goals in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Leverage an existing book of business, if applicable, while developing new client relationships and expanding your portfolio.

Qualifications

• Must be based in Florida.
• Active Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• 2+ Years of Insurance Sales experience, required.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese — preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
