Join our team as a Marketing Director! 

As a Marketing Director, you will play a key role in driving the growth of the restaurant by building relationships within the community and supporting sales initiatives. This dynamic position allows you to make a direct impact on the restaurant’s success by overseeing various marketing initiatives, community engagement efforts, and promotional events/activities. Your work will help strengthen the restaurant’s connection with its guests, grow sales, and enhance the brand's presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and restaurant traffic
• Plan and manage engaging community events and promotional campaigns
• Oversee social media and digital communications to maintain consistent brand messaging
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local schools, businesses, and organizations throughout the community
• Analyze market data to identify opportunities and measure campaign effectiveness
• Manage marketing budgets and collaborate with leadership to align initiatives with business goals

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in marketing management and local/regional campaign leadership
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
• Proficiency with social media, digital marketing tools, and content creation
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or franchise environments is a plus
