Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Shape the future of students’ communication skills by providing expert speech-language services in local schools near Brighton, CO. Two school-based contract opportunities are available: one covering a long-term leave of absence and another offering a one-year temporary assignment. Specialists will support students across high school or elementary settings, depending on assignment preferences and experience.

Preferred candidates will possess:

• Active or in-process Colorado Department of Education (CDE) licensure (required; SLPA credentials not accepted)
• A current CDE license or pending proof (such as a COOL screenshot) to be submitted with your application
• At least one year of classroom experience providing SLP services within school settings
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Willingness and ability to work fully onsite
• Flexibility to coordinate weekly hours and schedules (24-hour, 0.6 FTE or 32-hour, 0.8 FTE positions available)
• Strong communication skills and commitment to collaborative, student-centered practice

Key duties include:

• Delivering individualized and group therapy to students with diverse communication needs
• Completing speech/language evaluations and progress reports
• Collaborating with teachers, school administrators, and families
• Participating in IEP meetings and documentation per district and compliance standards
• Supporting a positive, inclusive learning environment across assigned campuses
