Press Operator / Metal Stamping – 2nd Shift

Location: Baldwin, WI

Shift:

1st Shift | Monday -Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

2nd Shift | Monday–Friday | 3:30 pm to 12:00 am

Pay: $18.00 per hour

SEEK Careers/Staffing is now hiring Press Operators / Metal Stamping Operators for a growing manufacturing company in Baldwin, WI. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment and have an eye for quality, this is a great opportunity to join a dependable team.

Job Responsibilities

Operate metal stamping presses safely and efficiently.
Load and unload metal parts into stamping equipment.
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality specifications.
Perform routine measurements using basic inspection tools.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Communicate production issues to supervisors as needed.

Qualifications

Previous manufacturing or press operation experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
