We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented painter to help maintain the appearance, quality, and value of a residential community. This role focuses primarily on interior and exterior painting, with occasional support for general maintenance tasks. If you take pride in your work, enjoy seeing tangible results, and value consistency and teamwork, this is a great opportunity.
- Prepare and paint interior and exterior surfaces, including sanding, patching, priming, and finishing
- Repair and patch drywall and sheetrock to ensure smooth, professional results
- Match paint colors and apply finishes consistently using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Protect surrounding surfaces, furniture, and fixtures before painting
- Maintain tools, materials, and a clean, safe work area
- Complete work orders accurately and on schedule
- Follow all safety procedures, OSHA guidelines, and proper material handling practices
- Support the maintenance team with minor repairs or projects as needed
