Insurance Sales Coach & Field Trainer - Uncapped Pay

Devine Business Group

Devine Business Group seeks an Insurance Sales Representative and Trainer to independently drive B2B sales of high-value supplemental insurance benefits and to mentor the next generation of sales talent. You will lead by example, coach in the field, and help employers protect their teams. This full-time role offers a flexible Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekends, a base draw, uncapped commissions and bonuses, comprehensive training, licensing assistance, and a collaborative culture #J-18808-Ljbffr Devine Business Group
