Education Program Director

Spectrum Center Schools and Programs seeks an Education Program Director to lead a nonpublic special-education school site serving K–12 students with autism, emotional and behavioral needs, and other disabilities. The Director oversees instructional programs, IEP compliance, and integration of behavioral and therapeutic supports while ensuring a safe, supportive learning environment. Responsibilities include supervising and coaching teachers and staff, partnering with districts and families, managing budgets and enrollment, monitoring student progress and outcomes, and driving continuous program improvement.
