Key responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building, conducting discovery meetings to understand client needs and position Our Client's services effectively, building and maintaining long-term client relationships, serving as a liaison between clients and internal teams, presenting solutions professionally and confidently closing business, maintaining accurate CRM activity with daily updates, collaborating with operations and project teams to ensure seamless execution, and consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Success is measured by new client relationships established, opportunities generated, and being a go-to resource when disaster events occur.

Qualifications include being persistent yet respectful; able to navigate tough conversations and provide constructive feedback, strong interpersonal skills; able to build relationships across all levels, a strategic and organized approach to managing a sales pipeline, a competitive, results-driven mindset with a "winner" attitude, prior experience in commercial and/or restoration business development preferred, willingness to travel as needed, and a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (required).
