IT Information Technology Specialist

We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive IT Specialist to manage and support our organization's technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining computer systems, networks, hardware, software, cybersecurity, and providing technical support to employees. This role requires excellent troubleshooting skills, strong customer service, and the ability to manage multiple technology projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Provide technical support to employees by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and system access.
• Monitor and maintain network performance, security, and backups.
• Install software updates, patches, and system upgrades.
• Troubleshoot internet connectivity, email, and network-related issues.
• Maintain cybersecurity measures, including antivirus software, firewalls, and security policies.
• Support Microsoft 365, cloud applications, and business software.
• Configure and maintain servers, workstations, and wireless networks.
• Document IT procedures, inventory, and system configurations.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for equipment purchases and technical support.
• Recommend technology improvements to increase efficiency and security.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and data security standards.
• Perform other IT-related duties as assigned.
