Field Operations Manager

Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator / Field Operations Manager to support and improve daily operations across our field service divisions. This role will serve as a key liaison between office staff and field teams, ensuring efficient workflows, strong communication, and operational accountability. The ideal candidate has experience in construction, restoration, HVAC, or similar field service industries and is skilled at managing crews, coordinating logistics, and improving processes.
