Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' histories and identify suitable treatment approaches. \n
- Design and implement tailored treatment plans focusing on trauma recovery, resilience, and coping mechanisms. \n
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) during individual and group therapy. \n
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to deliver integrated and holistic care for patients. \n
- Provide crisis intervention and essential support to clients during trauma-related emergencies. \n
- Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, effective coping strategies, and available resources for continued support. \n
- Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of patient care in compliance with legal and ethical standards. \n
- Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities focusing on trauma-informed practices. \n
- Continuously update your knowledge regarding the latest research and best practices in trauma therapy to enhance client outcomes. \n
Your primary focus will be on individuals experiencing trauma-related challenges. You will work with a diverse patient population that may include children, adolescents, and adults grappling with PTSD, anxiety disorders, and other mental health issues as a result of traumatic experiences. Effective communication, empathy, and engagement are essential to ensuring that clients feel safe and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- A valid and current licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in California. \n
- Superb knowledge of trauma-related disorders, trauma-informed treatment methodologies, and strategies designed to build resilience in clients. \n
- Ability to apply trauma-focused therapies effectively. \n
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate, non-judgmental approach toward clients. \n
- Capacity to maintain composure in high-stress situations while engaging with clients. \n

- A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience, preferably in a clinical setting that emphasizes trauma-informed care. \n
- Experience in delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to trauma survivors. \n
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications. \n
- A proven track record of working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. \n
The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
