Our kitchen team is the heart of our operation — serving quality food in a fun, fast-paced environment. We take pride in teamwork, consistency, and maintaining a clean and positive workspace.We are looking for a line cook to prepare food . Line cook duties will consist of assisting the Kitchen Manager and Assistant kitchen with their daily tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.ResponsibilitiesSet up and stocking stations with all necessary suppliesPrepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staffAnswer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructionsClean up station and take care of leftover foodStock inventory appropriatelyEnsure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashionComply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standardsMaintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customersSkillsProven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook or prep cookExcellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and proceduresAccuracy and speed in executing assigned tasksFamiliar with industry’s best practicesFood HandlersCashier\nCompany DescriptionEastern Shore Lanes is a family entertainment destination focused on delivering fun, exciting, and memorable experiences for guests of all ages.
