Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Project / Program Manager Location: Remote Duration: 12+ Months (Contract) Responsibilities Organize, lead, and deliver client projects throughout the entire project lifecycle. Collaborate closely with external stakeholders (clients, third parties) and internal teams (Program Managers, Sales, Engineering, Software Engineering, Operations) to deliver solutions. Build and maintain client relationships, serving as a key point of contact and trust. Develop expertise in the EVBS battery space. Coordinate with all internal and external project stakeholders, lead project resources, and manage delivery from initial concept through deployment and, when applicable, beyond. Identify risks, Escalate and collaborate to drive out solutions. Maintain high organization, motivation, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications BS degree in Engineering preferred (technical nature of EVBS project and customers). Experience with EV batteries a plus. 1–2 years of experience in project management or related field. Client‑facing exposure with proven ability to develop strong relationships. Self‑motivated with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ownership attitude. Ability to design communication to convey complex issues in an easily understood manner. Thrives in a high‑pressure, ever‑changing, demanding environment. Systems & Tools MS Office tools: Project / Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio / Lucid, Word. Requires physical ability and mental acuity to execute the duties of the position successfully within required timeframes to meet business requirements. Preferred candidate will sit in Oklahoma City; however, they may also sit in Las Vegas, NV; Conyers/Atlanta, GA; or Belleville, MI. Additional Details Seniority level: Mid‑Senior.
