What You’ll Do As an Entry Level Software Engineer, you will be: Developing and maintaining full-stack applications supporting our Health and Education platforms and products. Collaborating with product managers, designers, data scientists, and senior engineers to deliver impactful solutions Writing clean, testable, and maintainable code using modern programming languages and frameworks Participating in Agile development ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives Contributing to cloud-based, scalable systems that support global users Learning and executing industry best practices in software architecture, security, performance, and quality engineering Helping translate complex business and healthcare needs into effective technical solutions What We’re Looking For Expected 2026 graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline Desired interest in building software for a mission-driven, global organization Ability to communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Academic or internship experience with some of the following: Java, Python React, Node.js SQL AWS and or Cloud Technologies Understanding of or exposure to Agile software development practices Curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and eagerness to learn and utilize new technologies including AI.
