$30-$33/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Available Post Rehabilitation Services is hiring a COTA at Agawam Rehab and Nursing. You'll help residents practice daily tasks in ways that fit their abilities, giving them opportunities to build skills and confidence throughout their recovery. What You'll Do
- Carry out treatment plans created by a supervising Occupational Therapist
- Work with residents on self-care, coordination, and functional activities
- Observe what's working and share changes or concerns with the OT
- Document treatment and collaborate with the care team
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k)
- CEU reimbursement, parental leave, and disability insurance
- Unlimited referral bonus, with up to $1,000 per successful referral
- Support from the therapy team and regional leadership
- Active Massachusetts COTA license
- Clear communication and timely documentation skills
