About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a 12-week night-shift contract opportunity in Frisco, Texas. This role supports a freestanding emergency care setting and requires strong emergency nursing experience, triage skills, critical thinking, teamwork, and the ability to provide compassionate care to acutely ill or injured patients of all ages.
Responsibilities
• Provide patient-focused emergency nursing care for acutely ill or injured patients
• Triage and prioritize patient care based on acuity and available resources
• Perform assessments, implement care plans, administer treatments, and monitor patient condition
• Support patient transfers, discharges, respiratory care, specimen processing, and emergency interventions
• Document care accurately and collaborate with physicians, supervisors, and the healthcare team
Requirements
• Active Texas Registered Nurse License Or Compact RN License Required
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department Registered Nurse experience required
• BLS/BCLS Certification Required
• ACLS And PALS Certifications Required
• Must be available for night shift, holiday coverage, and fast-paced emergency care setting
