Laborer

Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations creating a safe working environment. Follow instructions provided by a Foreman with daily tasks and expectations for each specific project or job site. Safely work around heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, cranes, etc. Safely work at heights, on ladders, in lifts, or below grade. Perform jobs and tasks assigned in a safe, timely manner. Communicate well with others on the jobsite both verbally and using hand signals. Demonstrate a continuous effort to improve operations, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide a quality customer service. Pay Range $14.00 to $25.00 plus Retention Bonus of $600 to $2500 (Depending on experience) Requirements Must have a valid Driver’s License. OSHA 10 Safety Training preferred. Must pass pre-employment screening. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to bend, kneel, push, pull, walk on rough terrain, and climb in and out of equipment and work areas. Must be able to work in all types of indoor/outdoor environments. Must be willing to travel and/or work overtime when required.
